Gilbert Juarez

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gilbert Juarez, a beloved son, brother, father and friend, who departed this life on February 22, 2026. He was born on November 8, 1988, in Weslaco, Texas to Eliseo H. Juarez and Irma Aldrete Juarez.

Gilbert's journey through life was characterized by resilience and a strong work ethic, qualities that were evident in his dedication to his career. He was known not just for his skills but also for his warm smile and the kindness he extended to everyone he encountered.

Gilbert is survived by his loving parents, Eliseo H. and Irma A. Juarez; his daughter, Arielle Jean Juarez; one brother, Eliseo Juarez, Jr.; one sister, Melissa Juarez Ramos (Isaac); his God daughter, Shelby Serina Ramos, and his service dog, Zaza Juarez. He leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and strength that will continue to resonate within the hearts of those who knew him.

In celebration of his life, family and friends will gather to honor Gilbert's memory. A public viewing will be held at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of the Heavens on Monday, March 2, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 7: 00 PM Rosary. The following day, Tuesday, March 3, 2026, a 1:00 PM Mass will be conducted in his honor at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church. Interment will follow at at Highland Memorial Park at 2:00 PM.

As we gather to pay our final respects, we invite all whose lives were touched by Gilbert to join us in this time of remembrance and celebration of his life, reflecting on the indelible mark he left on our hearts and in our community. May Gilbert Juarez rest in eternal peace, forever remembered and cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
