In Loving Memory of Francisco Oscoy

1986 - 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Francisco Oscoy, age 38, who left this world unexpectedly. Francisco was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He was a man whose life was defined by love-first and foremost for his family, but also for his passions and faith.

Francisco leaves behind his beloved wife and three young children, who were the center of his world, Arisbe Vianney Oscoy, Brissa Olivia Oscoy and Daniel Azael Oscoy . His love and commitment to his family were unmatched, and he will forever be remembered as a caring, nurturing, and devoted father. He is also survived by his loving parents, whose guidance and support helped shape the kind and hardworking man he was. He is mourned by his brother, Caleb Oscoy, and his sister, Sarai Oscoy (Mark) Lopez, who shared a deep bond of love and support with him throughout his life.

A man of many talents, Francisco found joy in a variety of hobbies. He had a deep love for fishing, a passion that brought him peace and a sense of connection with nature. He also enjoyed woodworking, creating beautiful pieces with his hands. Music was another of Francisco's joys-he often played his guitar, filling his home with songs of love, faith, and hope.

Francisco's faith was a cornerstone of his life. He was a devoted member of his church and never missed a Sunday service. His commitment to God and his church community was evident in everything he did, and he leaves behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and faith.

Francisco's warm heart, infectious smile, and unwavering love for his family and faith will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Though his time with us was far too short, his memory will live on in the lives of his children, his wife, his parents, his siblings, and all those fortunate enough to have known him.

A celebration of Francisco's life will be held on Friday November 15,2024 at 4:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco-Chapel of the Heavens with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Saturday at 9:00 AM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco- Chapel of Heavens. A Church Service will be held at Rios de Agua Viva in Alamo at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Rest in peace, Francisco. You were loved beyond measure, and your memory will live on forever.

Con gran pesame anunciamos el fallecimiento de Francisco Oscoy, de 38 años, quien dejó este mundo inesperadamente. Francisco fue un devoto esposo, padre, hijo, hermano y amigo. Era un hombre cuya vida se definía por el amor, ante todo por su familia, pero también por sus pasiones y fe.

Francisco deja atrás a su amada esposa y sus tres hijos pequeños, quienes eran el centro de su mundo, Arisbe Vianney Oscoy, Brissa Olivia Oscoy y Daniel Azael Oscoy . Su amor y compromiso con su familia fueron inigualables, y siempre será recordado como un padre cariñoso, cariñoso y devoto. También le sobreviven sus amorosos padres, cuya orientación y apoyo ayudaron a moldear al hombre amable y trabajador que era. Lo lloran su hermano, Caleb Oscoy, y su hermana, Sarai Oscoy (Mark) López, quienes compartieron un profundo vínculo de amor y apoyo con él a lo largo de su vida.

Un hombre de muchos talentos, Francisco encontró alegría en una variedad de pasatiempos. La fe de Francisco fue la piedra angular de su vida. Era un miembro devoto de su iglesia y nunca faltó a un servicio dominical. Su compromiso con Dios y la comunidad de su iglesia fue evidente en todo lo que hizo, y deja un legado de bondad, generosidad y fe.

Todos los que lo conocieron extrañarán profundamente el cálido corazón de Francisco, su sonrisa contagiosa y su amor inquebrantable por su familia y su fe. Aunque su tiempo con nosotros fue demasiado corto, su memoria vivirá en la vida de sus hijos, su esposa, sus padres, sus hermanos y todos aquellos que tuvieron la suerte de haberlo conocido.

Una celebración de la vida de Francisco se llevará a cabo el viernes 15 de Noviembre de 2024 a las 4: 00 PM en la Funeraria Salinas de Weslaco-Capilla de los Cielos con un Servicio de Oración a las 7: 00 PM. La visitación continuará el sábado a las 9: 00 a. m. en la Funeraria Salinas de Weslaco-Capilla de los Cielos. Se llevará a cabo un servicio religioso en Ríos de Agua Viva en Álamo a las 10: 00 a.m. El entierro seguirá en los Jardines Conmemorativos de Val Verde en Donna.

Descansa en paz, Francisco. Fuiste amado más allá de toda medida, y tu memoria vivirá por siempre.
