Francisco Munguia

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Francisco Munguia, who left us on May 17, 2026, at the age of 62. Born on September 12, 1963, Francisco was a beloved husband, father, brother, and a cherished friend, and a remarkable individual whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew him.

Francisco is survived by his beloved wife Martina M. Munguia, his daughter Sandy M. (Miguel A. Romo) Munguia, granddaughter Berlyne A. Romo, siblings Juan Munguia, Adelina Solis, and Margarita Nochebuena. He taught the values of compassion, hard work, and resilience, leaving an everlasting impact on his families life. Those who were fortunate enough to cross paths with him will remember his infectious smile, his gentle spirit, and his unwavering support. He preceeded in death by his parents Narciso Munguia and Victoria Davila, his sibllings Ramon Munguia Guadalupe Munguia, Luciano Munguia, and Narciso Munguia Jr.

As we gather to celebrate the life of Francisco, we invite family and friends to join us in honoring his memory. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 2pm to 9pm at Salinas Funeral Home Chapel of Heavens in Elsa, Texas, A continued visitation will follow on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 2pm to 9pm, a rosary will be held that day at 7pm. Where stories will be shared, laughter will fill the air, and the love he embodied will shine brightly. A cremation is to follow.

In his time with us, Francisco exemplified what it meant to be present for those we love. Let us celebrate his extraordinary life and the countless memories he leaves behind. In the hearts of those he touched, Francisco's spirit will live on, inspiring us to embrace each day with the same essence of love and joy that he so freely shared.
