Francisco Galvan

Brownsville - Francisco Galvan, 73, passed away Monday, September 18, 2023 at Valley Baptist Medical Center.

Mr. Galvan was born September 30, 1949 in Port Isabel, Texas, son of Santos Galvan and Guadalupe Hernandez Galvan. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Simona Garcia Magana Galvan; his daughter, Cynthia Ann Garza Galvan; his brothers, Primitivo Galvan, Ted Galvan, Juan Galvan, Santos Galvan; his sisters, Lydia Carter, Diana Galvan, Sandra Galvan, Maria G. Delgado and Dora Ann Vasquez. Also surviving him are his grandchildren, Cynthia Victoria Archundia, Rose Nicole Wheat and Leslie Marie Garza.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. As per his wishes he will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
