Frances Marie (Combs) Billman

Donna- Frances Marie Billman, 61, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at her residence in Donna.

Mrs. Billman was born on November 6, 1961 to Mr. Monroe Combs and Mrs. Caroline Rotondi Combs in Pontiac, Michigan.

Mrs. Billman is preceded in death by her father, Mr. Monroe Combs.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband, John Billman; her sons, Nickolas Billman, Troy Billman; her daugther, Ila Billman; her mother, Mrs. Caroline Combs; her brother, Dewain Combs; her sister, Sheila Combs, Catrina Combs; her grandchildren, Emma Billman, Jake Billman, Austen Billman, Evelyn Billman, Beau Billman.

Visitation for Mrs. Frances Marie Billman is scheduled for Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Weslaco. As per her wishes, Mrs. Billman will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
