Feliciano T. Garcia

Feliciano T. Garcia,82, of Brownsville Texas, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville. He was born on February 14,1942, in Brownsville to Rafael Garcia and Andrea Tapia.

Feliciano was a devoted husband, father, and family man whose quiet strength and unwavering love were the foundation of his home. He married the love of his life, Maria L. Garcia, and together they shared 63 years of marriage filled with dedication, resilience, and deep affection.

He is survived by his loving wife, Maria L. Garcia, his sons Feliciano (Judy) Garcia and Jesus Jose Garcia, his daughters; Paula Gonzalez, Rosalina (Ron) Wheeler, and Elizabeth (Rusty) Brock, his brother Jose Garcia. Also surviving him are 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Feliciano is preceded in death by his parents, Rafael Garcia and Andrea Tapia,as well as his brothers; Rafael Garcia, Eliseo Garcia,his sister Lucia Cortez and his grandson Steven J. Wheeler.

Feliciano's legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew him. His memory will be carried forward with love, gratitude, and the many lessons he imparted through life.

Visitation for Feliciano T. Garcia is scheduled for Monday, December 1,2025 at 10:00 AM at Salinas Funeral Home of Brownsville- Chapel of Angels. A Mass will take place that afternoon at 2:00 PM at Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Brownsville, followed by interment at Buena Vista Burial Park.
