Ernestina Hernandez Reyes

Brownsville - Ernestina Hernandez Reyes, 47, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023 at Valley Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Reyes was born November 7, 1975 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, daughter of Jesus De La CruzHernandez and Bonifacia Yanez Rios. She is preceded in death by her father.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Juan Carlos Reyes; her children, Daisy Abigail Cantu, Juan Carlos Reyes Jr., Michelle Denise Reyes, Juan Antonio Hinojosa; her brother, Eloy Yanez Nunez; her sisters, Emilia Gamez Yanez, Petra Gamez Yanez and Eva Leticia Nunez Yanez. Also surviving her are 2 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a 7:00 pm Rosary at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Brownsville. Funeral chapel service is scheduled for Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 10:00 am with interment to follow at Guillen Community Cemetery.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
