Ms. Ramos Garcia was born on February 9, 1981 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas to Mr. Pedro Ramos & Mrs. Juanita Garcia.

Erica Ramos Garcia is survived by both of her parents, her son Omar Sanchez Ramos, her brothers, David Ramos and Pedro Ramos, her sisters, Margarita Ramos and Maricela Ramos.
