Erasmo Barron

Los Fresnos - Erasmo Barron, 78, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen.

Mr. Barron was born November 16, 1946 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, son of Ascencion Barron and Maximina Ontiveros Barron. He is preceded in death ny his parents and a brother, Raul Barron.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Hermelinda Ayala Quintanilla Barron; his children, Antonio Barron, Ana Luisa Barron Flores, Alicia Rivera, Alma Michi, Juan Jose Barron, Pablo Barron, Hermelinda Gonzalez; brothers, Pablo Barron, Juan Barron and sisters, Josefina Cortez and Carmen Barron. Also surviving him are 20 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels in Brownsville. A funeral chapel service is scheduled for Friday, December 20, 2024 at 2:00 pm with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park at 3:00 pm.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
