Eloy de la Fuente

Brownsville - Eloy de la Fuente, 78. passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at his residence.

Mr de la Fuente was born December 1, 1944 in Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, son of Jose de la Paz de la Fuente and Aurora Soto Perez. He is preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Margarita B. de la Fuente.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Martha Laura Santiago de la Fuente; his children, Rosalinda de la Fuente, Dora de la Fuente Alamo (Lucas), Imelda D. Trejo (Apolonio). Also surviving him are his 3 grandchildren; Margarita I. Trejo, Lucas Eloy Alamo and Gabriela Trejo.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 31, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels in Brownsville. Funeral mass is scheduled for Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 10:00 am at St. Eugene de Mazenod Catholic Church with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Brownsville.
