Dora Limon Cruz

Dora Limon Cruz, 75, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on January 17, 2026, at her residence.

Mrs. Cruz was born on December 30, 1950, in Brownsville, Texas, to Mr. Atilano Limon and Mrs. Virginia Salazar.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Julian Limon; and one sister, Maria G. Moncivaiz.

Dora is survived by her two sons, Eliberto Cruz, Jr. (Rhonda) and Jose Luis Cruz (Leticia); one daughter, Melissa Cruz; two brothers, Miguel Limon and Manuel Limon; and two sisters, Yolanda Gonzalez and Raquel Ibarra.

Visitation for Mrs. Cruz is scheduled for Friday, January 23, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Salinas Funeral Home - Brownsville, Chapel of the Heavens, with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m.

As per Mrs. Cruz's wishes, she will be cremated at a later date.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Brownsville.
