Donna Daugherty

Weslaco- Donna M. Daugherty, 83, joined her husband for their next adventure on Monday, May 26, 2025 at John Knox Village in Weslaco, Texas.

Mrs. Daugherty was born on October 28, 1941 to Mr. Deforest Wilcox and Mrs. Elenora Copeland Wilcox in Pasco, Washington.

Mrs. Daugherty is preceded in death by her loving husband, Hal Daugherty; her parents, Mr. Deforest Wilcox and Mrs. Elenora Wilcox and her brother, Erwin Wilcox.

Left to cherish her memories are her sister, Audrey Rosencrans, her daughter, Kelly Brede; 3 granddaughters, Sarah, Amanda & Jennifer; 10 great-grandchildren; several cousins and numerous family members of late husband Hal.

Donna will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

As per her wishes, Mrs. Daugherty will be cremated at Val Verde Memorial Gardens Crematory in Donna. No Memorial service or visitation are planned at this time. Mrs. Daugherty will be laid to rest with her husband, Mr. Hal Daugherty at a later date at the RGV Veterans State Cemetery in Mission, Texas.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
