Delia De la Paz Salgado

Weslaco- Delia De la Paz Salgado, 80, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at Harlingen Medical Center.

Ms. Salgado was born on September 10, 1944 to Mr. Anrulfo de la Paz and Mrs. Adelaida Salgado in Mexico.

Ms. Salgado is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Anrulfo de la Paz and Mrs. Adelaida Salgado; her brothers, Timoteo de la Paz, Gregorio de la Paz, Arnulfo de la Paz; her sisters, Jovita Pineda, Trinidad Bailon, Maria de la Paz.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Angel Trejo, Alejandro Trejo, Fortino Trejo, Juan Jesus Trejo, Tomas Trejo, Jesus Regalado; her daughters, Marina Perez, Patricia Trejo, Juantia Lopez; her sister, Bertha de la Paz; 27 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Ms. Delia de la Paz Salgado is scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of Faith. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 10:00 am at St Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Weslaco. As per her wishes, Ms. Salgado will be cremated at a later date at Val Verde Memorial Crematory.
