Cris Jay Linton

Hargill - Cris Jay Linton,71, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at his residence in Hargill, Texas.

Mr.Linton was born September 12,1952 in Elsa, Texas, son of Clevie Linton and Maria Guadalupe Rocio Linton. He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Norberta Linton and his parents.

Left to cherish his memories are his children, Maria Melissa Facundo Lopez, Cristobal Linton (Erica); brothers, Joe Linton (Elsa), Philip Linton (Patricia), Darrel Linton, Michael Linton (Maria), Robert Linton (Rene De LaRosa) and his sister, Phyllis Castillo (Genaro). Also surviving him are 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. A funeral mass is scheduled for Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 10:00 am at St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church in Hargill. Interment will follow at Valle de Paz in Hargill.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Elsa.
