Consuelo Moreno Ybarra

With heavy hearts and cherished memories, we announce the passing of our beloved matriarch, Consuelo Moreno Ybarra, who left this world on October 5, 2026, at her home in Monte Alto, Texas. Born on June 25, 1949, Consuelo was a beacon of love and strength to all who knew her. Her vibrant spirit and warmth brought joy to her family, her friends, and her community, creating a lasting impact that will endure through the stories shared and the memories cherished.

Consuelo was the beloved wife of Albino Ybarra, and together they built a life filled with love and devotion. She leaves behind her loving children: Albino Ybarra Jr., Juan Ybarra, Ismael Ybarra, Linda Alvarez, Alicia Ybarra, Dolores Ybarra, Dalia Fuentes, and Jessica Ybarra. Each of them carries a piece of her heart and the lessons she imparted throughout their lives. Her bond with her sister, Paulina Morales, was one of unwavering support and love, and together they created a legacy of familial devotion.

As we celebrate Consuelo's life, family and friends are invited to honor her memory and the love she so freely gave. A Rosary service will be held on October 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels, followed by a public viewing from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the same day. On October 8, 2026, we will come together for a Funeral Service at 10:00 AM at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels, followed by her interment at Val Verde Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 11:00 AM.
