Concepcion Portillo

Weslaco, TX- Concepcion Portillo, 79, passed away to be with the Lord on August 22, 2024 at his residence.

Mr. Portillo was born on December 8, 1944 in Santa Barbara Chihuahua Mexico to Mr. Gregorio Portillo & Mrs. Mercedes Jurado.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Melissa Portillo; one brother, Benito Portillo; three sisters, Mercedes Portillo, Margarita Portillo & Emma Portillo.

Concepcion Portillo is survived by his wife, Norma Alicia Portillo; three sons, Freddy Portillo, Armando Portillo, Adan Portillo; one daughter, Elva Portillo; two brothers, Gregorio Portillo, Hipolito Portillo; three sisters, Loreto Portillo, Refugia Portillo & Socorro Portillo. Also surviving are nine grandchildren.

Visitation for Concepcion Portillo is scheduled for Monday, August 26, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Rosary at Salinas Funeral Home Weslaco - Chapel of Grace. A 10:00 AM Funeral Mass is scheduled for Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church. Cremation will take place at Val Verde Memorial Gardens.
