Celestina Garza

April 6, 1943 - June 28, 2026

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Celestina Garza, beloved mother, and cherished member of the Edcouch community. Celestina was born on April 6, 1943, and departed this world on June 28, 2026, at the age of 83.

Celestina proceeded in death by her parents Bruno Ambrosio & Margarita Rodríguez, her siblings; Dominga Ornelas, Fidela Alaníz, Abrana Rodríguez, Bruno Rodríguez, Pedro Rodríguez,San juana Rodríguez, Paula Rodríguez, and her grandchild Colton Garza.

Celestina is survived by her children; Rolando Garza, Ruben Garza, Ramon Garza, Raquel Garza, her sibling Eduardo Rodríguez, her grandchildren; Liliana Faith Marquez, Ulyssa Ortiz, Orlando Ortiz jr, Justin Ortiz, Krystal garza, Ramon Garza jr, Ashley Garza, Tabitha Garza, Jennise Garza, Donna Garza, Maria celestina Garza, Veronica Gonzalez, Rolando Garza Jr,Ashlyn Garza, and her great grandchildren; Ryan Flores, Rhylee Flores, Myles Gonzales, Megan Ortiz, Anissa Ortiz, Olivia Gonzalez, Faith Pinnella, Brianna Garza, Austin Garza.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a Memorial Service at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels on July 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Rosary will be held on the same evening at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass in her honor will take place on July 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church.

She will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and the love she shared with all who knew her. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched throughout her life.

In this time of reflection and remembrance, we invite all who knew Celestina to join us in celebrating her life, legacy, and the beautiful memories we hold dear.
