Weslaco- Carmen Garcia, 98, entered eternal sleep on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at her residence in Weslaco.
Mrs. Garcia was born on February 22, 1926 to Mr. Jose Angel Hernandez and Mrs. Severita Trevino Hernandez in Mexico.
Mrs. Garcia is followed by eternal sleep by her parents, her 16 sibilings and her husband, Mr. David Garcia.
Mrs Garcia is survived by her 7 daugthers, Olga Idalia (Jose) Ramirez, Blanca Estela Rosales, Aidee Nora (Jesus) Cantu, Nelly (Arturo) Cantu, Maricela (Jose) Ortiz, Melissa Gutierrez, Maricarmen Garcia; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Mrs. Carmen Garcia is scheduled for Friday, April 12, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Talk Service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa. A Chapel Service will take place at 1:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
