Carlos leaves behind his beloved wife, Maricela Rendon, who stood by his side through thick and thin, and his cherished children: Sydnee D. Mendoza, Donykah R. Mendoza, Rhaylin S. Mendoza, and Charlee V. Mendoza. He took immense pride in being their father and was a constant source of support, guidance, and immeasurable joy in their lives.

Carlos was the son of Jose Gonzalez and Noelia Porraz Gonzalez, who together instilled in him the values of compassion, family, and hard work. He cherished his only grandchild Codie L. Salinas. He was a proud brother to Omar (Maria) Gonzalez, Diana (Casandra) Gonzalez, and Veronica (Fernando) Gonzalez, with whom he shared countless memories and adventures. His family extended beyond siblings to include cherished nieces and nephews: Blakelinn, Julius Jr., Jeanyssah, Jayce, Jesy, Jancarlo, and Andy, all of whom he adored.

Carlos was not only a devoted family man but also a loyal friend to many. His warmth and generosity left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who crossed his path. Whether it was sharing a laugh, lending a hand, or embracing someone in need, Carlos epitomized what it meant to be truly present in the lives of others. He will be remembered for his infectious smile, his unwavering support, and his ability to inspire those around him.
