Edcouch, Texas - Bonifacio Zuniga, 87, passed away to be with the Lord on June 24, 2023 at his residence.
Mr. Zuniga was born on May 14, 1936 in Donna,TX to Mr. Juan Zuniga & Mrs. Teresa Martinez.
He is preceded in death by both of his parents, His daughter Nelda Zuniga and his brother Esteban Zuniga.
Bonifacio Zuniga is survived by his loving wife, Elydia Zuniga, his sons; Eduardo Garcia, Juan Agapito Zuniga, and Rodolfo Zuniga (Diana), his daughter Elizabeth Longoria (Alfredo), his sisters; Antonia Martinez, Beatriz Alvarez, Janie Zuniga, and Maria Zuniga, 12 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.
Visitation for Bonifacio Zuniga is scheduled for Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Talk Service at 6:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco- Chapel of Grace. As per his wishes, Mr. Zuniga will be cremated at a later day.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
