Monte Alto- Betty Guzman, 79, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco.
Mrs. Betty L. Guzman was born on December 31, 1939 in Imboden, Arkansas to Mr. Fred Taylor & Mrs. Emily Marie Clark Taylor.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her son James Edward Criswell; her sisters Gertie Taylor & Marie Taylor; her brothers: Jim Taylor & Tom Taylor.
Left to cherish her memories are: her son: Charles Allen Criswell; her daughters: Betty Carol (Tommy) Smith, Linda (Teddy) Moore, Nancy Criswell & Fina K Guzman; her brothers Bill Taylor, Doug Taylor, Bud Taylor & Robert Taylor; 12 grandchildren, 5 great- grandchildren.
Visitation for Mrs. Betty L. Guzman will be on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Memorial Service to be celebrated at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home Chapel of the Angels in Elsa.
As per Mrs. Guzman wishes she will be cremated at a later date.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
