Benigno Montiel

Mercedes, Texas - Benigno Montiel, 61, passed away to be with the Lord on June 23, 2023 in Mercedes.

Mr. Montiel was born on August 27, 1961 in Pichucalco, Chiapas to Mr. Celestino Montiel & Mrs. Araceli Reyes de Montiel.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents.

Benigno Montiel is survived by his wife Antonia Moreno Montiel, his son Benigno Montiel, and his daughters; Michelle Montiel and Fabiola Montiel.

Visitation for Mr. Benigno Montiel is scheduled for Thursday, June 29,2023 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco- Chapel of Grace. As per his wishes, Mr.Montiel will be cremated at a later date.


Funeral Arrangements are pending and have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
