Weslaco-Angela Trejo, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother, passed away peacefully at her residence on June 24, 2026. Born on October 1, 1975, Angela touched the lives of all who knew her with her sweet and kind nature. Her memory will forever shine in the hearts of those she loved and who loved her in return.

Angela's devotion to her family was at the very core of her life. She filled her days with care, kindness, and unwavering support for her loved ones. Angela's spirit and joy for her family were evident in every aspect of her life, creating an unbreakable bond among those she held close.

She is survived by her loving husband, Juan Rodriguez, and her cherished mother, Modesta Hernandez. Angela also leaves behind her dearly loved daughters: Victoria Rodriguez, Clarissa Rodriguez, Evelyn Rodriguez, and Jacqueline Rodriguez each a testament to her enduring guidance and affection. Among those who mourn her passing are her brothers, Alonzo Trejo, Manuel Trejo, and Pedro Trejo, and her sisters, Adela Trejo Perez, Petra Trejo, Leticia Trejo, and Modesta Trejo. Angela's legacy further lives on through her grandson, Luis Daniel Martinez, and her granddaughter, Leilani Rose Rodriguez.

Angela is preceded in death by her father, Pedro Trejo Escobedo, and her son, Juan Luis Jr., who are remembered fondly and held close in the memories of their family.

Known for her sweet and kind personality, Angela brought warmth to every gathering and comfort to those in need. Family and friends are invited to honor Angela's life and legacy at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of Grace, located at 2929 W. Expressway 83, Weslaco, TX 78599. A public viewing will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. On the same evening, a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of Grace on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment at Sacred Park Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
