Elsa - Miguel Pena, 56, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
Mr. Pena was born August 22, 1966 in Weslaco, Texas, son of Abundio Pena and Librada Sosa. He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother,Gonzalo Pena; sisters, Janie Santa Maria and Gregoria Pena.
Left to cherish his memories is son, Miguel Pena Jr. (Vanessa Garcia); brothers, Ben Pena (Vicky), Leofredo Pena (Rosa), Juan Pena; his sisters, Josie Martinez (Rene), Mary Rios, Francis Spry (Jim), Yolanda Pena, Adelaida Uribe, Graciela Villapando (Joe). Also surviving him is his grandchild, Zachariah Pena.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Angels in Elsa. Funeral Mass is scheduled for Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Elsa.
